Posts that look like your brand — every single time
How I structure a carousel that gets saved
Festival posts get likes. Useful posts get saves and shares — and those are the signals that push your content to new people.
Social posts, ad creatives, brand identity, print and packaging — designed by someone who also runs the campaigns.
Your customer gives your post, ad or flyer about one second. In that second they decide three things: is this for me, can I trust it, and what do I do next? If the design doesn't answer all three, the message never gets read — no matter how good your service is.
I design graphics for clinics, local businesses, founders and B2B brands across Chennai. The difference: I also manage SEO, social media and ad campaigns, so I design for clicks, enquiries and recognition — not just for likes on the design.
Most small businesses don't have a "bad design" problem. They have a consistency and clarity problem. Tick what is true for you:
People trust what feels familiar. When every post, ad and brochure looks different, customers have to work harder to recognise you — and a business that looks unsure of itself is assumed to be unsure of itself.
Tap everything that sounds familiar:
Whether it is an Instagram post, a Meta ad or a flyer on a clinic counter, people scan before they read. A good design controls that scan in this order:
Free 3D smile scan · Same-week start
Most weak creatives fail because they try to do all five in the same font size. Design is the order in which people read.
Before opening any design tool, I ask what the design must achieve. That decides the layout, the headline size, the colours and how much text is allowed.
Social posts and ads that earn a second look in a crowded feed.
One clear offer and one clear action — call, WhatsApp, book.
A professional look that matches the quality of your actual work.
Carousels and infographics that teach in seconds — and get saved.
Standees, flyers and menus that work at a glance, in real light.
Packaging that stands out and carries every mandatory declaration.
Brochures and pitch decks that do the explaining when you are not in the room.
Templates so your team keeps the look without a designer every time.
A logo and identity people recognise before they read the name.
Pick what you need. Most clients start with a brand kit and a month of social creatives, then add ad creatives or print.
Festival posts get likes. Useful posts get saves and shares — and those are the signals that push your content to new people.
Creatives for Facebook & Instagram ads, Google Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube:
Because I manage the ad accounts too, I can see which creative actually brought leads — and the next design is based on that data, not on taste.
Before printing a new name on boards and uniforms, run a trademark search on the IP India public search portal. Redesigning after a legal notice costs far more than a search.
A short, practical brand guide (not a 60-page book nobody opens) plus editable templates:
Templates are the cheapest way to look consistent. Your staff edits the words; the design stays on-brand. Ideal for clinics and businesses posting daily offers or updates.
Every print file is set up in CMYK, at 300 DPI, with 3 mm bleed and a 5 mm safe margin, fonts outlined — plus advice on paper GSM and finish so the printed piece feels as good as it looks.
A hoarding is read from 30 metres away at traffic speed: 5 words, huge type, one image. A brochure is read at a desk: it can tell the full story. Same brand, very different design rules.
Labels, boxes, pouches, stickers, jar wraps and hang tags for food, cosmetics, wellness and retail products — designed on your printer's dieline.
I make sure the mandatory information is legible and correctly placed. The declared content itself must come from you or your regulatory advisor.
Ideal for clinics, consultants, finance, education and B2B brands that need to explain things simply:
Content can be researched and written by me too — so the design and the message are planned together, not stitched together.
Web graphics are exported as WebP, compressed and correctly sized — heavy images are one of the most common reasons small-business websites load slowly and lose visitors.
A beautiful design in the wrong size gets cropped, compressed or covered by buttons. Here are the specs I work to:
| Format | Size | Ratio | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Feed post (portrait) | 1080 × 1350 px | 4:5 | Best feed real estate. Profile grid now previews a 3:4 crop — keep key text central. |
| Carousel | 1080 × 1350 px | 4:5 | Up to 20 slides. Slide 1 is the hook; the last slide is the CTA. Keep every slide the same ratio. |
| Story / Reel cover | 1080 × 1920 px | 9:16 | Keep ~250 px clear at top and bottom for the profile bar, captions and buttons. |
| Profile picture | 320 × 320 px | 1:1 | Displays as a circle — logo mark only, never the full wordmark with tagline. |
| Format | Size | Ratio | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Feed image ad | 1080 × 1350 px | 4:5 | Recommended for feeds; 1:1 (1080 × 1080) also works everywhere. |
| Stories / Reels ad | 1080 × 1920 px | 9:16 | Leave the bottom ~35% lighter — the CTA button and caption sit there. |
| Carousel ad card | 1080 × 1080 px | 1:1 | 2–10 cards, each with its own headline and link. |
| Page cover | 1640 × 624 px | ≈2.6:1 | Crops differently on mobile — keep the message in the centre. |
| Format | Size | Ratio | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single image post | 1200 × 627 px | 1.91:1 | Or 1080 × 1080 / 1080 × 1350 for more feed space. |
| Document (PDF) carousel | 1080 × 1350 px | 4:5 | Uploaded as a PDF. Excellent for B2B and expert education. |
| Personal banner | 1584 × 396 px | 4:1 | Your profile photo covers the bottom-left on mobile — keep text right of centre. |
| Company page cover | 1128 × 191 px | ≈6:1 | Very thin strip — a line of positioning, not a brochure. |
| Format | Size | Ratio | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Responsive display — landscape | 1200 × 628 px | 1.91:1 | Required. Also used in Performance Max. |
| Responsive display — square | 1200 × 1200 px | 1:1 | Required alongside landscape. |
| Portrait (PMax / Demand Gen) | 960 × 1200 px | 4:5 | Adds inventory in Discover and YouTube feeds. |
| Logo | 1200 × 1200 px & 1200 × 300 px | 1:1 & 4:1 | Clean logo on transparent or white background. |
| Classic display banners | 300×250 · 336×280 · 728×90 · 300×600 · 320×50 | fixed | Still useful for remarketing on specific sites. |
| Format | Size | Ratio | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube thumbnail | 1280 × 720 px | 16:9 | Under 2 MB. Readable at matchbox size — 3–4 words maximum. |
| Channel banner | 2560 × 1440 px | 16:9 | Only the central 1546 × 423 px is safe on every device. |
| Website hero banner | 1920 × 900 px (approx.) | wide | Export as WebP, ideally under 200 KB, with a separate mobile crop. |
| Blog / OG share image | 1200 × 630 px | 1.91:1 | What appears when your link is shared on WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook. |
| Format | Size | Ratio | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visiting card | 3.5 × 2 in (89 × 51 mm) | +3 mm bleed | 300–350 GSM; matte lamination with spot UV for a premium feel. |
| A4 flyer / leaflet | 210 × 297 mm | +3 mm bleed | 130–170 GSM art paper. Gloss for photos, matte for text-heavy. |
| A4 tri-fold brochure | 297 × 210 mm, folds to 99 mm | +3 mm bleed | Inside panel is 2–3 mm narrower so it folds without buckling. |
| Roll-up standee | 2.5 × 6 ft or 3 × 6 ft | bottom 15 cm hidden | Logo and offer at eye level; nothing important in the base. |
| Flex / hoarding | Any size | 72–150 DPI at full size | Viewed from far away: 5 words, huge type, high contrast. |
Platforms change these from time to time — I check the current specs before every project, so your designs are never cropped or blurred.
Since Meta's Andromeda ad-delivery update, broad targeting plus genuinely different creatives beats one polished ad shown to a narrow audience. The system treats near-identical designs as the same ad, so changing only the colour does not give it anything new to test.
For every campaign I design creative angles, not colour variations:
"Still hiding your smile in photos?" — speaks to the pain first.
Price, free consultation or bundle — clear, specific, dated.
Real reviews, ratings, before/after (where the platform and law allow), client logos.
Show the product or process working, step by step.
Your face and your words — the fastest way to build trust.
You vs the usual way — without naming or attacking competitors.
I watch frequency, CTR and cost per lead. When frequency climbs past ~3 and CTR drops, the creative is fatiguing — that is when a fresh angle goes live, not when someone "feels like a change".
Consistency is what makes a small brand look established.
Most "printing problems" are file problems. This is what I take care of before anything reaches your printer:
Screens mix light (RGB); printers mix ink (CMYK). Bright greens, blues and oranges on screen often print duller. I convert and proof colours for print, and give you a Pantone reference for the logo when exact colour matters — on uniforms, signage or packaging.
A creative can look beautiful and still get your ad rejected, your product pulled from shelves or your clinic a notice. I design with these in mind:
Claims must be truthful and capable of substantiation; disclaimers must be legible, in the same language as the claim and must not contradict it.
ASCI Code for Self-Regulation of Advertising ContentManufacturer/packer details, net quantity, MRP inclusive of all taxes, month and year of manufacture and consumer care details must be on the pack.
Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011FSSAI logo with licence number, veg/non-veg symbol, nutrition information and allergen declarations where applicable.
FSS (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020No guaranteed cures, no exaggerated claims about results, and care with patient photos and testimonials.
NMC professional-conduct rules · see my NMC 2026 guideAds may not claim to cure or treat the diseases and conditions listed in the Act — a common trap for wellness and Ayurveda brands.
Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954Body text needs a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background; large headlines at least 3:1. Try it in the checker at the top.
WCAG 2.2 · success criterion 1.4.3Meta and Google review every creative. Personal-attribute language, fake play buttons and misleading before/after images get ads rejected or accounts restricted.
Meta Advertising Standards · Google Ads policiesOnly licensed stock, your own photos and fonts cleared for commercial use. A free download is not always free for business use.
Copyright Act, 1957 · font & stock licencesWhere a design carries legal or medical claims, the wording must be approved by you — I make sure it is visible, legible and placed correctly.
A clear process means fewer revision rounds and no "make the logo bigger" surprises at the end.
You approve the direction before the detailed work starts — that is what keeps revisions short and deadlines real.
Monthly clients don't get 'some posts'. They get a plan where every design has a reason to exist:
Volume and mix are tailored to your business — a clinic needs more education, a restaurant more offers, a B2B brand more LinkedIn documents.
PNG / JPG / WebP in exact platform sizes, named by platform.
SVG, PDF and AI that scale without blurring — light and dark versions.
CMYK, 300 DPI, 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined, crop marks.
Figma / Canva / PSD as agreed in the scope.
HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone references for every colour.
Sorted by use and platform, so you find any file in seconds.
If it says five things, it says nothing.
The eye knows what to read first, second and third.
Readable on a phone, in sunlight, at a glance.
Room to breathe makes a brand look premium.
Your actual team, place and product beat stock photos.
Call, WhatsApp, book, visit — tell people what to do.
Tamil, English or both — whatever your customer reads first.
Most people will see it on a 6-inch screen.
So you can brief a designer (or check one) with confidence.
Vectors (SVG, AI, PDF) are maths — they scale to a hoarding without blurring. Rasters (JPG, PNG) are pixels — great for photos, fuzzy when enlarged. Your logo must exist as a vector.
Dots per inch. 300 for print at close viewing distance; screens only care about pixel dimensions.
Extra artwork beyond the trim line (usually 3 mm) so the printer can cut without leaving white edges.
The area where text is guaranteed not to be cropped or covered — by the trim on paper, or by buttons on Stories and Reels.
The order the eye moves through a design — controlled by size, contrast, colour and position.
Space between letters and between lines. Small fixes here are why professional typography looks "expensive".
The flat cutting and folding template of a box or label. Packaging artwork is designed on top of it.
Your logo versions, colour codes, fonts and usage rules in one place — so anyone can design on-brand.
A realistic preview of the design on the actual item — box, standee, phone — before you pay for printing.
A standardised ink-colour system that keeps your brand colour consistent across printers and materials.
I run the ads, the SEO and the social media that these designs go into. So I know which creatives get clicks, which carousels get saved and which flyers bring people to the counter — and I design for that.
You also get one person who understands your whole marketing — not a designer who needs everything explained again every month.
Design with purpose. Keep it consistent. Make it sell.
Social media creatives, Meta and Google ad creatives, logos and brand identity, brand guidelines and Canva templates, brochures, flyers, standees and signage, packaging and labels, pitch decks, infographics, and website and YouTube graphics.
I also run the SEO, social media and ad campaigns these designs go into (₹90L+ Meta and ₹50L+ Google ad spend managed). So every design is built around a business goal — stopping the scroll, getting the enquiry, or building trust — and ad creatives are designed as testable angles, not single "final" images.
Yes. Monthly plans include a content calendar, posts, carousels, Stories, Reel covers and WhatsApp status creatives on one brand system, with ad creatives added if you run campaigns.
Usually 3–6 genuinely different creative angles per campaign (problem, offer, proof, demo, expert, comparison), each in 4:5 and 9:16. Colour-only variations do not count as new creatives for Meta's delivery system.
Two revision rounds are standard after you approve the initial direction. Approving the direction first is what keeps revisions short.
Yes. You receive final exports, vector logo files (SVG/PDF), print-ready PDFs and editable files (Figma, Canva or PSD as agreed in the scope).
Yes. Print files are set up in CMYK at 300 DPI with 3 mm bleed, a 5 mm safe margin and outlined fonts. I can also suggest paper GSM and finishes.
Yes. I design on the printer's dieline and plan space for mandatory declarations under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and, for food, the FSS (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020. The declared details themselves must be provided or approved by you or your regulatory advisor.
Yes. Bilingual creatives are designed with properly paired Tamil and English fonts so both scripts look balanced and readable.
Only where it suits the brand and never to fake results, people or reviews. Real photos of your team, place and products almost always perform better and build more trust.
By the number and type of designs, complexity, revisions and turnaround. Share your requirement and I will send a clear scope and quote.
You already do good work. Let's make sure your posts, ads, print and packaging show it — consistently, clearly and on every platform.
Don't just make it pretty. Make it work for your business.
